Sorry this post is so late, life just happens sometimes! Last weeks cupcake was Chocolate Chunk Cupcakes, taken from the section labeled Cookie Cupcakes, so it tasted just like a warm chocolate chip cookie! We had ALL the helpers today, and a special taster! Even with all the extra help, I still managed to miss read the recipe, and instead of filling the cupcakes with a 1/4 cup of batter, I thought it read 1/4 full, so hence the 'what's wrong with this picture' picture!! Even with that little mishap, they tasted delightful!
We let our special taster Abby, pick next week's creation and she went with the Chocolate Malted Cupcake. Abby and her mom are going to be our extra helpers for this one too!
